Message from the Chair
Happy New Year! As we step into 2024, Shee Atiká anticipates a year filled with excitement and celebration. Our government contracting companies continue on a path of unprecedented growth while performing outstanding quality work. While the aerial park project has faced challenges with construction and permitting delays, we remain steadfast in our commitment to operationalizing Phase I in 2024, providing a unique and enjoyable experience for visitors and locals alike.
Looking ahead, our dedicated staff is focused on closing out 2023 in preparation for the annual financial audit, which along with other important corporate information, will be included in our annual report sent out with the proxy materials for the shareholder meeting. You can expect to receive these documents in April.
Annual Meeting - June 15, 2024
Mark your calendars for June 15 to gather at Harrigan Centennial Hall in Sitka, Alaska, for the annual shareholder meeting. Three board seats are up for election. If you're interested in running, please review the information here on our website. Please note that all applications must be completed, signed, and received by the Corporation no later than 5:00 pm Alaska time on February 29, 2024.
50th Celebration - July 12, 2024
In the spirit of celebration, Shee Atiká is thrilled to announce our 50th Celebration party on July 12 also at Harrigan Centennial Hall. We look forward to commemorating this significant milestone with shareholders and their families. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to spring.
