On behalf of the Shee Atiká Board, I have some important updates to share with you.
Our next annual meeting will be held at Harrigan Centennial Hall on Saturday, June 15, 2024, in Sitka, Alaska. At this time, we plan to hold the meeting in-person and via livestream so that all shareholders have an opportunity to watch—more details to come.
Three director positions will be elected at the annual meeting. Your Board has made the decision not to use discretionary voting again this year, so there will not be a Board-recommended slate. Shareholders who are interested in running for the Board on Shee Atiká’s corporate proxy must submit a completed application so that it is received by 5:00 pm Alaska time on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Interested shareholders can obtain the application packet in one of three ways:

- Contact Lauren Estes by email: info@sheeatika.com or by calling the office at (907) 747-3534 or (800) 478-3534 and ask for a copy to be sent to you.
- In person at the Shee Atiká office at 315 Lincoln Street, Suite 300, in Sitka.
All applications must be completed, signed, and received by the Corporation no later than 5:00 pm Alaska time on February 29, 2024.
