Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and will remain open for approx. 45 minutes. If you plan to vote in-person the day of the Annual Shareholder Meeting, please arrive prior to 10 a.m. to ensure you receive your ballot.
Congratulations to this year's Electronic Proxy prize winners! Winners were randomly selected by the Inspector of Elections today. Checks will be mailed to the winners from Sitka by Friday, May 26, 2023.
