Shee Atiká, Incorporated (Balanced Accounting Solutions, LLC) is hiring for a full-time Accounting Technician in Sitka, AK.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma and two years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.  Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong mathematical skills, have a functional knowledge of Excel, Word and other business-related software programs, be highly self-motivated and a team player.

The candidate should have the ability to learn, apply, and communicate policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to assigned accounting functions and make basic mathematical computations rapidly and accurately.  Have the ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds and be able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate work activities, develop effective working relationships with others and work with limited supervision.

Preference will be afforded Shee Atiká Shareholders in accordance with applicable law.  A background check will be required. This position is open until filled. Wage range $20 – $28/hr. and is DOE.  Shee Atiká offers a competitive benefit package in addition to base wages.
