Alyssa London Resigns As Director

Shee Atiká Director Alyssa K. London has resigned from the Board of Directors for personal reasons. Her resignation was effective July 2, 2024.  Shee Atiká’s Board is committed to an open and transparent process to fill the vacant Board seat and encourages all interested shareholders with voting stock to submit an application.  The deadline for shareholders to submit an application is 5:00 p.m. Alaska time on Friday, July 26, 2024.  The new director will be appointed to serve until the annual meeting in 2027, when Ms. London’s term would have otherwise ended.

Candidate applicants must submit a resume and a questionnaire to be considered.
