The Shee Atiká, Incorporated Board of Directors has unanimously decided to postpone the Annual Shareholder Meeting originally scheduled for May 22, 2020.  Our nation and the world is facing an unprecedented situation with COVID-19. The health and safety of our shareholders and staff is paramount and the reason this decision was made.  We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will notify shareholders immediately when the Board decides it is safe to reschedule the meeting.

The 2019 Annual Report will be mailed toward the end of April to all shareholders, as usual.  Proxy materials will be mailed after the Board decides on a new date for the 2020 Annual Meeting.
