So you missed the Early Bird deadline.  That’s ok!  You still have a chance to win prizes.

If you submit an electronic proxy through the www.sheeatikavote.com website by Wednesday, May 1st at 5pm, Alaska time, you will be entered to win one of the electronic proxy prizes.  There is a total of $4,000 in electronic proxy prizes and you could be the $1,000 winner!  Your proxy must remain valid through the annual meeting.

You can also earn a $25 Corporate Proxy Return Incentive by submitting a corporate proxy by Wednesday, May 1st at 5pm, Alaska time.  You can either return a blue paper proxy or you can submit an electronic proxy using the www.sheeatikavote.com website, so long as the proxy remains valid through the annual meeting.

If you are in Sitka, you can drop off your blue paper proxy this week and we will ensure it gets to the Inspector of Elections before the deadline next week.  If you would like us to come pick up your proxy or bring you an iPad to use so you can vote electronically, please give us a call at 907-747-3534.
