Confidentiality of Shareholder Information

Shee Atiká takes its obligation very seriously to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of its shareholders.   Alaska law permits shareholders and those representing a shareholder to inspect and copy the record list of its shareholders, containing the names and addresses of all shareholders and the number and class of the shares held by each, provided that certain requirements are met by those requesting to inspect and copy this information.   When Shee Atiká receives a proper written request from a shareholder to inspect and copy the shareholder records that complies with all aspects of the law, the only information that Shee Atiká will make available for inspection and copying is the specific information that the law requires, that is shareholder name, shareholder address, and number and class of shares held.  Shee Atiká does not and will not release any other shareholder information such as email address, work address, telephone numbers or social security numbers, and any such use of Shee Atiká information by other shareholders or third parties is completely unauthorized.
