At its board meeting on Friday, the Board postponed the annual meeting. It will now be held on June 19, 2021 in Sitka, Alaska. At this time, we plan to hold the meeting virtually via livestream like we did in 2020 due to COVID-19. This is subject to change based on whether or not the Governor of Alaska extends ANCSA corporations’ ability to hold virtual meetings. The health and safety of our shareholders is very important to us and we will keep you updated as we know more.
Additionally, the Board extended the application period for shareholders interested in running for a board seat. Three director positions will be elected at the annual meeting. Shareholders who are interested in running for the Board on Shee Atiká’s corporate proxy must submit a complete application so that it is received by 5:00pm Alaska time on April 9, 2021.
