Alaska Northstar Resources, LLC (ANR), an ANC 8(a) solely owned by Shee Atiká, Inc., has been contracted by the United States Air Force to perform Information Technology services.  This contract award is for $4.2M with a $22M ceiling, so there is potential for future growth.  The ANR leadership team—Tim Castro, Chris Turnham, and Paul Wamsted—working in conjunction with Shee Atiká, Inc.’s Mike McHenry, were critical to this award.

In prior years, our 8(a) companies were primarily focused on interpretation and translation services to assist the troops in the Middle East. Also, our company Balanced Accounting Solutions, LLC has government contract accounting trained staff ready to manage the government contract accounting function rather than outsourcing as had been done in the past. This is a great day for shareholders as the board takes Shee Atiká in a new direction.”
