The Board of Directors of Shee Atiká, Incorporated held its 52nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 11:00am AKDT.  Directors elected to serve a three-year term ending in 2029 include Kim Essendrup, Laurence “Larry” Garrity, and G. Ken Truitt.  The Board then elected the following officers:  President/CEO – Tim Castro, Chairman – Steven Karpstein, Vice-Chairman – Larry Garrity, Secretary – Marcus Cogley, and Treasurer – Lowell Frank.

Board Election Results were as follows:
Kim Essendrup:                            53,617 Votes
Laurence “Larry” Garrity:      101,754 Votes
Norman Nault:                              30,598 Votes
G. Ken Truitt:                                 79,380 Votes
Quorum Only:                                    680 Votes
