Shee Atiká Investments, LLC (SAIL), which began operation on April 1, 2004, was established so that all of the Shee Atiká Group entities could take advantage of investment opportunities previously available only to larger entities, such as the Shee Atiká Fund Endowment. 

The key to success in investing is diversification - not "putting all your eggs in one basket, " as they say.  Over the last several years, our investment advisor has helped us achieve greater diversification through a broad array of investments similar to that found in the portfolio of a large, successful endowments like that of Yale or Harvard.  Diversified investment portfolios of such endowments include, as does SAIL, real estate investment trusts (REIT's) and real return funds, as well as more conventional stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
